Quality Local Produce

Our burgers are built using 6oz patties of 100% best grade local beef from Surrey Farms. Our grass fed Hereford beef is at least 21 days dry aged and we only use single muscle cuts in our mince. We are committed to quality. We only use Red Tractor certified farms, assuring food safety, animal welfare and Local origin. We are committed to both animal welfare and the reduction of ‘Meat Miles’ in order to eliminate as much stress on the animal as possible. This makes a valuable environmental contribution and supports local farmers at the same time.
